Park Lane Apartments

TOUR ONLY - I toured this complex end of February and truly enjoyed working with Margaret. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a home, showed me what was available, took me to tour AND gave me two gifts for my pets. She provided great detail on what the community and surrounding area has to offer, explained the pricing/fees for application, and discussed different lease terms. She was also very kind and welcoming throughout the experience. The homes (apartment/townhomes) are very nice, renovated, spacious, and have all necessary amenities for independent living. I will be moving forward with an application here - really enjoyed the initial visit!

My sister lives here and I SMH every time I visit. They gave residents two fun size pieces of candy for Valentines Day in a bag hanging on the door which was such a joke SMH. For as much as this place cost they should have at least given them a bag of candy LBVS! But they think two pieces of candy will make up for all the bad. These apartments cost too much and aren’t taken care of for what they cost. They care more about making the outside look good than taking care of the apartments people pay to live in, which is fake. The new maintenance guy is a creep and smokes in peoples apartments. He doesn’t know what he’s doing which makes things even worse. They change office staff every few months. Whoever takes the person who works in the office to work at six something in the morning

Gary did a great job unclogging the lint from my dryer. It was a big job and so necessary. He was friendly and kept me informed. My dryer works so much better now.

Service was timely and thorough. I appreciate the communication letting me know when maintenance was coming and the fact they left a dehumidifier to dry the carpet was very nice.

The sidewalk going from the parking lot to my unit is uneven and needs to be fixed. When it rains, standing water is left forcing pedestrians to walk on the wet muddy grass. In the wintertime, when the sidewalk freezes, a long patch of ice is left creating a slip and fall safety hazard. I've mentioned this to management three times and has not been addressed and goes ignored.
