Quiet.. mostly.. ARC has group apartments in building. The clientele are quiet and nice but it’s a staff that is noisy and has a disregard for the property. Also management we often do not have maintenance here and they tell us that we are the have to wait or they don’t have a maintenance man and issues that occur in the apartment are not taken care of within a timely manner for example, there were many residents this past summer that went without air-conditioning. Otherwise it’s a clean building. It’s a nice people that live here although I’m not quite sure where they’re getting their current new leases from I suspect that it’s from a community base government incentive.
Nice retirement apartments. Clean and quiet. But no porches or balconies on any units. Would be nice since the place is tucked into a wooded area. Have to live your life indoors.
Nice over 55 community, clean, plenty of room, with a gym and common areas. Only missing a pool :)
It is a moast convient place from all major locations nearby.
