Incredibly professional and thorough. Rick walked me through the entire home inspection, stopping at certain areas to discuss specific points where he noticed some issues. He was honest and straightforward. He is very passionate about making sure he provides top notch service. The crawl space to the house we were inspecting was not big (I’m not a tall guy by any means and I felt it was small), but he still went into it and made sure to perform a detailed sewer line scope. Highly recommend using Rick for any inspections and site surveys you may need. You get more than your moneys worth.

Im very impressed of the professionalism of Rick, I got to the job site 10 minutes early and he already was there and got all the outside checked.
