I would not recommend using this company. I needed help clarifying what document exactly is the title since there was another document that said title affidavit but the woman on the phone yelled at me as if I was stupid and was like “OKKKK BYE!” and abruptly hung up. Can’t believe that’s how they talk to clients who used their service. Also, If you’re doing a real estate transaction please use a DIFFERENT company because I asked for a service and later found out that it wasn’t done. They were also very late in delivering my survey and very expensive for no reason.

Such great business service. They were a tremendous help in me purchasing my first home. Will recommend to friends and family in the future for the seamless and friendly process. Thank you again!
