This was my fiancé and I's first time buying a home, and Scott held our hand every step of the way. He makes sure you understand everything that is going on (without making you feel dumb!). He's incredibly responsive (you can literally reach out any time of day and he'll get back to you) and he's always a pleasure to speak with on the phone. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients, even outside of the business part of things. He came HIGHLY recommended, and still somehow managed to exceed expectations. 10 stars out of 5! Scott was a true professional from day 1 all the way up to closing day. This process was stop and go for us, and spanned over 2 years. He was always around to answer calls and our many questions. Throughout the entire process, Scott truly seemed to care about us, our home, and our comfort in the home buying process. He gave great advice and was very engaged with us, our realtor, lawyers, and insurance. It really felt like we were his only clients and his #1 priority! Not only that, but Scott was able to secure a rate and mortgage payment below what we were expecting when we started the process. Would recommend Scott to anybody and everybody looking for a home.
