The Cascades at Tinton Falls

This place has done nothing but surpass expectations. From the first tour to our move in date, everything was seamless and streamlined. Adele was an angel who not only gave us a great tour, but it was genuinely a fun hangout. It did not feel transactional whatsoever. The apartment is beautiful and I’m grateful every time I walk through my front door. I’ve had no issues outside of a minor sink issue. Which once I brought it to their attention, they set out to have it fixed immediately. We are thoroughly excited to call this place home.

I’ve absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, Melanie at the front desk made me feel so welcomed — she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. The community itself is peaceful, with friendly neighbors and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that’s hard to find these days. Maintenance is another huge plus here. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled *so* quickly and efficiently — they really care about keeping everything running smoothly for residents. The amenities are a major highlight! There’s a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym that’s perfect for staying active. I love taking my dog to the on-site dog park, and the nature trail is such a peaceful spot for morning walks. The

In our search for our next home, we knew we wanted to be back in Monmouth County, close to the Parkway, and in a smaller complex- and we found all those in the Cascades! We had our eye on a specific type of unit and we’re so happy to have been able to get one. We can’t wait to move in and enjoy the walking trail, be closer to friends and family, and grow our own family here. Everyone we’ve worked with in the office has been kind and accommodating and we really appreciate and value that. We searched all around for months, and I’m glad we were able to get into the only place that felt like home.

This community is so well kept, I love the amenities. Both the office staff and the maintenance team are amazing. The communication with the office staff is great- they are always responsive and helpful, & efficiency and professionalism of the maintenance team in taking care of any issues is great. It’s also on a beautiful property, I enjoy the nature trail!

We recently moved here after selling our home in Bergen County. Adele, Linda, Isabella and Nick were so helpful with this transition. The property is well maintained, close to shopping and the beach. We are comfortable here as we look for a home to purchase in the area.
