We just signed our third lease and could not be happier. The complex is extremely quiet, the leasing office is always helpful, and the maintenance staff are always very responsive. The units are very large and it is definitely a reasonable price especially for the quality of the apartments.
Worst place to live! Theresa in the office is beyond rude and is unhelpful with most issues saying it’s out of her hands. There is a crazy lady who feeds stray cats in the brush 3 times a day. There are 4 cat carries in the brush for the strays to live. Not to mention an insane amount of vultures that now live there. They are on the roof the balconies and live in the garbage cans. The neighbors are loud and rude depending on which unit your in. Young kids moved in and trashed up the community. Do yourself a favor the low rent and amenities won’t be worth the headache.
Well taken care of...Beautiful and spacious however new appliances (like the stove and washer/dryer units) should be replaced.Don't like the fact that there is no RENT control.Other than that its a MUST to see!
