Watkins Glen Apartments

We have lived here for six years and loved every minute! It'd quiet country living area but close enough to town for convenience. Vanessa and Jessica in the office are wonderful and handle any issues quickly. Communication is always timely. Anthony and Lamont with maintenance are just as efficient and helpful. They keep the area and buildings looking nice and clean. A huge thank you to all the staff here that work so hard to make this an excellent place to live. We appreciate you all very much!

I have been a tenant going on 3 years here at Watkins Glen. The whole office staff is easy to contact when an issue comes about. There is easy access to the Resident Portal and as residents are keep well informed of any matters here. Good Complex to live in, as a single person I feel safe here.

The experience going from the Arbors of Marysville to Watkins Glen Apartments was like arriving at a new planet. The apartments are beyond clean, spacious, well organized and maintained. The price is also a no brainer for the amount of space and quality of living

Wow! I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew and the whole team at Watkins Glen. I had a bad leak in my apartment and the emergency maintenance crew was awesome! I especially wanted to shoutout LAMONT! He showed up immediately, very kind and professional! When I came home from work the following day, not only was everything fixed, but it was cleaned up and all of my towels were in laid in the bathtub. Absolutely blown away by his service and kindness. Thank you for all of your hard work and care. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Grateful for you today! 🙌

I don't normally review places, but I wanted to leave a review for Watkins Glen because me and my husband have really appreciated living here for the past two years. Watkins Glen is a great community to live in.  As a woman, I've always felt safe in the apartment.  People go for walks around the complex and you'll see kids without parental supervision riding around on bikes and such.  As a Gen Z kid, it feels a bit like stepping into what I've heard the 90's was like with how much people trust each other here.  Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming and the general environment is great. The maintenance man is great about fixing/replacing things when needed and we've never had to wait long when something's broke.  Our unit had a lot of older appliances when we first moved in and a lot
