​Rating: ⭐ (1/5) ​Review: "Don’t let the exterior fool you. This community is the definition of 'lipstick on a pig.' While the curb appeal might look decent, the inside is a 'surprise' you definitely don’t want to unpack. ​Walking into the units is like stepping back into the 1800s—and not in a cool, Pinterest-way. The kitchens and bathrooms are ancient, poorly maintained, and frankly, falling apart. If you enjoy modern plumbing or appliances that actually work, keep driving.

Truly excellent. Cristal's work is wonderful, as is the maintenance man, who is super fast and efficient. The apartments are also in very good condition and have a wonderful view, as well as being peaceful and safe for the children.

The Property Manager Crystal is one of the most humble and compassionate people I've ever met. She actually takes the time to listen to your moving circumstances and will accommodate you to the best of her ability!! Thank you Crystal so much for all that you have done for me!! I am 100% satisfied with your services!!☺️☺️

Arbors of Marysville offers a great location close to downtown Marysville as well as several nearby parks! The community at Arbors is quite peaceful, relatively friendly & comprised of families, couples, as well as individuals both old & young. The management, specifically Crystal at the on-site office, is quick to respond, friendly and has always been helpful. Mike the handyman who is in charge of maintenance takes pride in his work and every interaction I have had with him even in passing-by can only be described as pleasant and respectful. My small family and I definitely enjoy living here and I would recommend others check out Arbors of Marysville if considering living in the Marysville area!

We have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it. The office staff and maintenance have always been great with communication and quick responses to any repair or needs we have. Quiet atmosphere. Swimming pool. Lovely grounds - the green space and trees this apartment complex have are the best around. Great patio space. The interiors are a bit dated but great closet space. The outside and inside are kept well maintained. Great location. Walking distance to amazing downtown restaurants, shopping, library, farmers market, parades and events.
