The Links Apartments

Recently went on a tour at The Links Apartments and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Sara was welcoming, professional, and super knowledgeable. Took her time answering all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The apartments are spacious with great layouts, and the amenities are a huge plus. You can tell they truly care about their community and residents. If you’re looking for a place in Marysville, I definitely recommend scheduling a tour here — it exceeded my expectations!

The Links is a place we’ve considered home for the last 3 years and have nothing to say but wonderful things! The maintenance team has been wonderful when things are out of whack, or need attention. Our oven broke, and Marcus came the same day to fix it with no hesitation. During the colder months, the heating element on the furnace went out and Ted responded immediately to the emergency call. With 3 little ones, both of these “in house” issues were a big deal to us. We’ve also seen John carrying the load when replacing water heaters, refrigerators, and ovens in other units! 10 stars to the maintenance team! Brooke has been 100% on top of all things around the complex. She’s handled complaints of parking, pool use, dog poop, and complex cleanliness as soon as possible. She handles all comp

I absolutely love it here at The Links. I’ve been a resident for 3 years total going on 4. I’m even starting a family here! I have seen all of the different amenities that’s been added and currently being added, I’m so excited to see everything done and complete! I personally have had zero issues with any of the residents, everyone is quiet and to themselves. It’s a great place to live!!

The apartments are affordable and a great size. Maintenance was always very helpful and addressed all requests quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
