The maintenance man Ron is absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to help our family. He was very friendly and got the job done properly! Our emergency was in the middle of the night and Ron was still fast and efficient with getting our water fixed!

Went an entire winter with a broken furnace. they finally fixed it in April. Then went the entire summer without AC, they fixed it in October. OH and there's black mold all over the basement they've actively ignored despite my multiple complaints. Manager lied about lease agreement because it was her last week. Have now gone 3 weeks with zero contact from anyone about as they apparently fired before hiring someone else. You're paying $1400 for an apartment out of 1987. Better off living in your car. Much cleaner.

I loved living here! It's the perfect location (except at 7:30a and 3p during the school year lol) and the neighbors are so kind and lovely. Very relaxed management as well. Rent is a little high considering the outdated appliances and old, ugly cabinets. 10/10 recommend though.

Berlin and Brandee are the best landlords we have ever had. We have never had to wait for anything to be fixed because they were always right on top of it. The apartments and grounds are well kept. I see them working outside all the time. I would definitely recommend Mill Creek Apartments under their management.
