Cook's Pointe

Living at Cook's Pointe is an excellent experience. The leasing office staff cares about every detail, every special moment for the tenants. They maintain order and cleanliness throughout; they truly have and demonstrate love for what they do. Furthermore, it's a quiet and pleasant place to live, and for children, it's an ideal environment close to excellent schools. I'm delighted to live here.

Alex and Melissa are absolutely amazing and honestly the reason I love where I live!!! They go above and beyond I am currently at a Christmas party they put on completely by donations for the residents and just truly care about the PEOPLE!!! Thank you Alex and Melissa for making this a wonderful place to live and raise my son.

My husband and I are relocating to the area, and Cooks Point came highly recommended by several people — and now I see why. Alex was my initial contact over the phone, and we were able to schedule a tour the very next day. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Not only did he show us around, but he also shared great restaurant recommendations and even pointed us toward areas to look at when buying a house. These are great apartments. Very spacious & comfortable living space. All amenities are top notch. Office staff & maintenance staff are awesome and they work hard to maintain a clean & nice area for everyone to enjoy. They include everyone in fun events they host all year round. Overall a really nice place to live.

I was referred to Cooks Pointe by a friend. After doing some research online, I decided to reach out and inquire. From the moment I made contact and toured, I was blown away by the community's incredible attention to detail. Everything from the pristine grounds to the immaculate common areas and the finishes inside the apartment is top-notch and beautifully maintained. What truly makes this place a 5-star community, however, is the amazing staff. Alex and Melissa, in particular, are just phenomenal and the absolute best. They are always so welcoming, professional, and genuinely go above and beyond to help with any request, big or small. They make you feel like a valued resident, not just a number.
