Lakeside Apartments At Green Pastures

Upon moving out, I worked so hard to clean the entire apartments, dropped in their box both my apartment and mailbox keys in an envelope with a forwarding address. After moving out, I patiently waited to receive my deposit for two years. I finally requested to get the deposit refunded to me, they claimed they have never received them and so I ended up not receiving my security deposit. I will forever remember their mishandling and share this bitter experience with others.

We had an upstairs corner unit. Never heard our neighbor except when we were downstairs on our landing. Well insulated. Nice layout. Clean. Grounds are kept very nice. Office staff is very friendly. Friendly and respectful neighbors. Great experience from start to finish.

Look great spacious inside but poorly built. Wind screams through all windows and doors. Porch/balcony is falling apart. Zero amenities no gym, pool, park on the property, grass is kept so high it still has seed heads after they cut. For the price you pay there’s far better options in Marysville.

Its a wonderful place for kids it has 3 park's near by and a walking trail
