I don’t recommend this builder!! Purchased a house from them on 2021 and they show me something beautiful and nice and after giving deposit and making the move they told me I didn’t have options on the build. After moving in found so many imperfection in the house, the floor tile is really bad installed and so many other things. Called them for warranty and they always find a way not to fix the issues. Won’t buy from them again.

It’s unfortunate that builders nickel and dime buyers when it comes to special features in their new builds, just for them to not do the work completely. A work friend has been dealing with this company for nearly a year after requesting a custom kitchen design in their new home. WC did not complete the project correctly, and after being called out, they’ve been either slow to respond or not responsive at all. This is a family who put a lot of money into a forever home, and they’ve now had to take multiple days off of work to be present for maintenance crews, just for the work to remain incomplete. Nice homes. A little bit pricey but the floor plans are well laid out and quality appears to be just as good as granvilles. Also can be customized. Too bad they don't have any in the are I want. Most of the ones I've seen are built very close to each other.

Bought the house brand new. Lived there only 4yrs. They are cheaply made. Wall Paint peels off easily.counter top and flooring tile breaks and chips easily. The outside of house stucco is falling off .drainage in backyard sucks yard is flooded when you water it.electrical problems. Nieghbors complain about the same issues. Kitchen cupboards needing to be replaced after only a year living in the home. Ridiculous.

Homes are ok. Been living in one 4 years and have changed faucets, seen ceiling lines from the drywall joints, and got a long crack in foundation that cracked at least 20 floor tiles. They will not change them or fix the problem.
