Water's Edge Apartments

I recently visited Waters edge Apartments in Sunrise, and I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Christian, one of their sales associates. He took his time walking me through the property, and explaining everything and answering questions I had for someone who may be thinking of their next home. The property definitely has a very welcoming sense. Feels safe, and kept clean. The units do show their age and they are a bit outdated, but with a little personal touch, I feel like you can make your unit very welcoming and cozy. Overall, it’s a nice place, with a very helpful staff, and very comfortable space for anyone looking for potential rentals.

I’m writing this letter in appreciation for the Property Managers at Water's Edge Apartments . I have lived in the complex in Sunrise for a number of years. From the day I moved in, they have been a perfect example of property managers. They are always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. They are never too busy and they make even the smallest problems a priority. Not only do they care for the tenants, they always have fun events as well. They are constantly making the complex safer, cleaner and pleasant . The Management and Maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. Happy New Year!!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Water's Edge.The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The amenities are good, making it easy to enjoy everything from the fitness center to the pool and community spaces. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Nancy has been great and has help us a lot. We really enjoy the events they do every month. On top of that, the complex itself is absolutely beautiful—well-kept landscaping, clean common areas, and an overall great environment. I highly recommend Water's Edge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
