Watercourse Apartments

Lindsay, Stephanie and Torrey are amazing people! Lindsay and Stephanie are very attentive to the complex and the needs of the residents. They address concerns right away. Torrey the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable and handles things that need to be fixed right away (same day). I love the community and I intend to stay there for a while. I hope we can continue to have the same staff for Watercourse.

I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. During my parents’ time there, the staff consistently proved to be unfriendly and difficult to work with. Communication was poor, and any attempts to resolve issues were met with resistance or indifference. One incident, in particular, still troubles me. A neighbor passed away in their unit, and when their family came to check on them, the management REFUSED to let them in because they weren’t listed on the lease — even after expressing concerns of no communication from their loved one. Ultimately, a concerned visitor had to break down the door leading to what no one ever wants to discover. I often think about what could have been if they allowed family in sooner. Coming up on my two year mark while living in this residence, I can't express enough on how peaceful and comforting the experience has been while living here! The office staff continues to be very professional, engaging as well as being proactive with any concerns that may occur in order to keep a consistency within the work that are doing everyday. The maintenance team along with the lawn care service works very hard to keep the complex up and running and very aesthetically appealing in my opinion. It is also refreshing to me that the front office hosts events and community based activities for us to feel welcomed and get to meet new faces which encourages creating a strong community based environment.

Stephanie was extremely personable and helpful. She personifies Watercourse Apartments mantra that everyone is family. I felt that she explained all fees and policies thoroughly.

Loved everyone in the leasing office as they were so nice and made my move in process so easy! Even my maintenance requests we done within the first two days of me moving in! I already know I’m going to have so much fun being here! Love Watercourse so far!
