Meadows of Graham Apartments

I just want to give a HUGE thanks to Misty for making my application process simple, for being friendly and helping me with my new apartment. I had some things come up so she was able to move some things around for me so I could move in. Also a HUGE thanks to Travis for making sure the unit was ready and being friendly. I appreciate y'all :)

I moved into this apartment complex when it opened in 2024. It was a nice place to live for a few months, then began going downhill quickly. During the year I lived there, this property went through three different leasing managers. I had issues with my heating and air conditioning the entire time I lived there and this issue was never completely resolved. The worst of it was the neighbors. The people living below me were regularly yelling and playing music so loud that my noise cancelling earbuds did not help. I reported this issue to management and their solution was to send a letter to the whole apartment building reminding everyone to keep noise at a respectful level and they suggested that I could move to a different unit. Additionally, I had the same issue as some other reviewers.

Poor management on site. I’ve been here for 14 months and we are on our fifth manager. People sit in their cars and smoke marijuana and drink. I’ve noticed a camera near the front office that overlooks the front area and that part of the parking lot where people sit to smoke in their cars and nothing is done. Several memos are sent from management to the residence about noise, smoking, speeding and so forth, but again nothing is done or enforced.. This used to be a nice place when they first opened and now it’s quickly going downhill. There are several elderly that lives in the neighborhood. You might be lucky if you find one handicap parking space for each building.It’s ridiculous. My neighbor above me walks in heels all evening and night long like she’s practicing for a modeling show. T

Nice big, new apartments in a rural setting, but a bit isolated. Good luck going for a walk or bike ride because there are ZERO sidewalks & shoulders on the roads around there. You're basically stuck with the parking lot if you want to get outside & do something nearby. The attention to detail & workmanship in the construction is a bit lax & the 2am BANG-BANG-BANG dumpster emptying is a nice touch, not to mention the postal service doesn't deliver mail there, LOL. Also, the one & only ISP available is Spectrum, one of the absolute worst in the country. I was lied to before I moved in & told there were other options, but there are not. And, the floor was filthy when I moved in.

Maintenance guy is amazing. I haven’t had to wait longer than 24 hours to get a response. Granted I only needed him twice. He came the same day with in minutes of me putting in my work order.
