Crescent Oaks

Me and my boyfriend moved in together and this is our first home ever. The old manager Tiffany was amazing but unfortunately she’s left. But the new manager Amber is just as great. The maintenance man is a very sweet man and funny. I wish we can stay here another year but our roommate moved and we can’t afford 2 bedroom for 1,300. We have other bills. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Everyone’s on top of things AND they reply to their emails. I love it here❤️

We've lived here for 5years. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Tiffany, manager, and from the maintenance staff as well. Tiffany bends backwards to assist us in any way she can. She is pateint and kind which is something that is a site manager should possess. The maintenance team works until the job is completed even if it takes a couple of visits to do so. We had all kinds of problems with our brand new air-conditioner unit that only tends to happen when we need it the most. They furnished us with a portable unit so my oxygen machine wouldn't break down and so we could try to stay a bit cool on the hottest of days. Crescent Oaks is a very quiet complex. The company makes sure that the grounds are well maintained and the pool is always clean and safe. There is a handful

Just looked at these apartments recently and I can honestly say that they were one of the most welcoming I have seen in years. The floor plans are competitively priced for the areas and it is clear from the Manager there, Tiffany, that this is a company that wants to help allow their tenants a place to truly call home. One of the current tenants that lived there told us that she had been living on site for nearly 20 years, a true testament to the friendliness and quality of these apartments. These apartments are right off of Highway 40/85 and are close to several restaurants.

We moved in a few months ago and we love it here. Tiffany was amazing helping us through the application process. The units are HUGE. So much space and rent is moderately priced! Neighborhood is quiet and we are close to everything 10/10

Quiet for the most part. However they made us pay an extra $75/mo for a 'spectrum package' when i was only paying $50 for internet. Don't rent here unless you want unexpected expenses in the middle of your lease. they did try to charge $99 but there were so many complaints they changed it. still rude and not caring about residents financial circumstances by adding on an 'amenity' nobody wants. now i have to cancel netflix and one other subscription in order to afford something i didn't ask for or want. rent is already 1300! go somewhere else and save your money.
