First off just want to say all the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make this place feel like home , also they take very good care of the property inside and out ! The apartment manager Nikki and the team is very kind and take a lot of pride in this property example they always have decorations around the office and do little things like calling in food trucks for the complex as well as making food inside of the office for everyone to enjoy just look at the photos of today and their Halloween goodie bags homemade cookies and more ! I took a few pictures just so you all can see how much they care for everyone living here I highly recommend anyone looking at an apartment to put this one on your list to at least tour you won’t regret it ! Kim has been here for majority of my living she is courteous, professional, and truly reflects the high standards and welcoming atmosphere of the community. The maintenance team is equally impressive—professional, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. Guy as the newest member of maintenance is very warm and welcoming! You can catch him smiling and speaking to residents & their pets as he changes out the dog trash stations or maintain the grounds. Overall, a well-managed and aesthetically maintained community.

Let Me Tell You … Jaime ? She Was AMAZING. Very Informative. VERY Personable. Even Though This Option Didn’t Fit My Personal Needs, She Made It Extremely Difficult To Say “This Isn’t A Good Fit.” Beautiful Complex. BEAUTIFUL Inside And Out. The Gym ?? Forget About It. AMAZING ! PRICES ?? Very Much Reasonable. Love Her So Bad ! I Wanted To Put Her In My Pocket And Take Her Home ! They Also Have Mebane Properties. Wish I Took PHOTOS ! <\3

This a wonderful neighborhood to raise a family. My family and I have been here for some time now and plan to be here for many more years to come. I love the helpful staff, the knowledgeable management team and the wonderful highly-skilled maintenance staff! I love the events that are intentionally curated to foster a sense of a true community. Also, the food truck itinerary that is sent out routinely to provide a variety of food alternatives that are absolutely delicious and I look forward to each one knowing I have an opportunity to support local business cuisine. This apartment complex has been my best experience in renting. When I first applied Nikki was very reassuring of the companies morals and vision of service. It made me feel better because the last place I lived was traumatic. Throughout the time I have been here the team makes great efforts to make residents experience the best. The property manager, leasing agents, and maintenance team truly are respectful and caring!
