Ivey Ridge Apartments

I wrote a review an it was a bad one an I see u didn't post it but u responded to it. I said an I will say it again Tabatha is a terrible manager, I have called an ask for pest control an they said I had to wait til all the other buildings were done so why r u charging me pest control every month an can't get it. Tabatha will not respond to ur calls or emails. This complex is terrible they don't fix nothing they patch things up getho style but want rent MONEY. FIX THE APARTMENTS AN THEY WILL BE BETTER AN GET A BETTER MANAGER. I DONT ADVISE ANYBODY TO MOVE HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS DUMP.

Ivey ridge was not the best place to stay. The price was ok. We paid pest control and there were always pests. Huge spiders and even mice. The ceiling fell in in my downstairs bathroom and did not get fixed until after I vacated my unit. Getting in touch with anyone besides Tabitha was impossible. Tabitha was awesome she was always sweet and caring she definitely looked out for tenants and her care and help was exemplary . It seems like she was the only one there. there were like 5 different management companies from the time I stayed there until I left the plumbing is an annoyance it’s an older property. Denise and Emily were sweet at first and then I had the worst issues with them they stuck together so there wasn’t anyone I could complain to when one of the maintenance men came and was

Denise and Emily, thank you both for being so kind and treating me like a human being this evening. Even though we have not been approved or guaranteed you both were one of the first to be so kind and take the time to actually talk and get to know our situation. This company should be honored to have employees like you! You truly make a difference in people’s lives and I hope you know that.

Tabitha has been very nice and easy to work with and she was always there when I had a question

I requested a tour yesterday 1/25/23 and someone (Denise) reached out to me today sent me pictures, price list etc. she was extremely helpful and super kind.
