My husband and I purchased a home in WillowSpring N.C in 2023 they stayed friendly with us up until we signed all the paperwork saying how great everything turned out. The middle of our property between another home starting clasping our neighbors complained and threatened with lawyers while fixing theres we noticed our side falling in called complained to the builder to KB home customer service and our agent also the HOA theses people keep throwing the blame its the HOA its the builder its the HOA its the builder they wont help us they wont take responsibility how can you you fix half and the whole thing its damaged and they keep giving us the run around please dont buy from KB homes they dont care and they keep saying it our responsibility.
