Washington Square Apartments

I toured two apartments here with Eva, they were GORGEOUS!! They were all renovated and modern, the floors were hardwood and beautiful and there is a balcony too. The rent and fees seemed relatively cheap for what you get! I ended up picking something else that fit my needs better, but I really enjoyed this place, so I had to leave a review. Eva was super kind and helpful and great at answering my emails, which I really appreciated when looking for apartments. I can’t speak on how it is to live here, but the first impression was amazing!

I’ve lived in apartments before, but before moving to Washington Square Apartments, I never really felt like I was truly home. From the start, the staff has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and supportive. They’re the kind of people who remember you, follow up, and make you feel like you matter. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond. The staff members take pride in their jobs (a rare trait these days), and they make Washington Square feel like not just an apartment complex, but a community. I feel like I’m with my family here. I’m really grateful I chose to live here 💕

Been living here for over a year now! I love my apartment. I have recommended this place to multiple of people already. Maintenance here is amazing. They are such great people, always helping and improving. Management is also very good! They are always reliable and easy to contact if you need any help ☺️

She’s a bit run down, def has signs of the “landlord special” treatment. Might be a tad expensive for what you get. (Although all the gutters are falling off all the buildings. We had a pipe burst on the floor/basement level laundry and there was never any true clean up. The walls still show signs of it- I’m glad I don’t live on that level. Had an issue with our kitchen sink pipes breaking apart and it was fixed same day, so I appreciate that. And the landlord always replies to my emails right away.) But overall a nice place to call home for now! Can’t be too picky these days

Excellent Property management. Work orders handed in a timely manner. Been here ten years, so far so good.
