Warrington Crossings Apartments

I have been living here for 7 years and it is amazing. This place is clean, organized, and the workers work really hard, they are also really quick and helpful. The company takes care of the outdoors and indoors and makes the place feel welcoming. Emily is an asset to the company. She checks in with us a lot to make sure everything is fine. The company also plants a lot of flowers for every season and create an amazing outdoor environment.

I lived at Warrington Crossings for roughly 2.5 years. Here are some positives and negatives that I experienced while living here: The space was enough, and there was a lot of storage/closet space which was really nice. Location was good and our neighbors were kind in building F. Maintenance was always there fast. We had a small gas leak from our stove and a maintenance worker came by at 9pm in the evening to fix it. We also had an upstairs neighbor flood their bathroom (lol), which poured through our wall, and a maintenance worker arrived within 5 minutes at dinner time to help with the situation. Wanted to start off this review by saying, only apply to live here if you absolutely have no other options. During the application process there were many red flags, from the lady at the front desk seeming heavily impaired during our showing. Then she proceeded to show us a different apartment than the one we were looking to rent. When I moved in the application process, a stand fee is reasonable. For them it is $75. That makes sense what doesn’t make sense is the addition $500 they will charge your card after you submit the application, on top of the $75 for a “holding fee”, what are they holding if I 1 haven’t seen the apartment I’m renting, 2 don’t even know if the application is going to be accepted. The two gentlemen who installed , a new garbage disposal , and my apartment were excellent. They were courteous one time and neat. No masters left behind. So part of the experience here has been great

I was blamed for breaking the front door by a neighbor and management just took their word for it with no proof. Water was always being turned off for them to fix pipes around the complex. Washers and dryers were always broken. And neighbors can blare their music as loud as they want any time off day with no consequences. Stay away from this place.
