I recently hired Rob to perform a complete exterior inspection of my stucco and stone. He was able to pinpoint specific areas that required remediation in lieu of a complete remediation of all stucco and stone which saved me time and money. He recommended a few contractors and I ended up using one (Stucco Today) which turned out to be the best decision. Rob provided 3rd party oversight of the entire remediation process and provided a comprehensive report and letter of completion at the end which will definitely help me sell my home. Be proactive and hire Rob prior to listing your home as it will save you lots of $$$.

Rob is amazing to work with! We are in the process of purchasing a stucco home and made the poor decision to initially use a different stucco inspector who only performed a partial “vulnerable area” test.
