We have a beautiful home built by Hallmark Homes Group. Like any new construction home, we had a few issues . They have been addressing our issues and concerns, and we love our house. Vince and Glenn have been great with taking care of the issues. I highly recommend Hallmark Homes Group.

I'm a delivery driver who attempted to fulfill an order and I've never been shown the level of disrespect by any contractor that I received on a hallmark jobsite . The worst part it was the job "super" who talked to me like I'm the personification of everything wrong with his pathetic life. He could've politely asked me to correct the problem (that was not my fault or in my control) and I would've happily accommodated his obviously fragile ego. But instead he freaked out on me in front of other workers to make a big scene. If this is how hallmark allows the people in charge to act I would never recommend doing business with them. I wish I found out his name so I could include him in this review for his unacceptable behavior.

I am a homeowner in Highfield Estates by Hallmark Homes. I would encourage anyone thinking of buying from this builder to do their research. Talk to previous home buyers and ask for their honest opinion. I would also encourage any perspective home buyer to obtain a home inspector. I would have the inspector for the entire build process. Don't rely on the builders contractors or the inspectors from the township. Just some friendly advise based on our experience.

I went into contract for a home in Breinigsville pa. The builder wrote up the contract, requested 5% down (20k) and forced me to sell my home before breaking ground. After I had sold my home they told me they could not build my home with a basement, that it would require 20k more to bring in more dirt to make the basement. I found this out on a Saturday and was told they’d get back to me with options ASAP. By Monday I said I wanted my deposit back and followed up with 2 emails - the contract had stated that the check would not be cashed until ground was broken, ground was never broken. On Tuesday at 530pm I got a call saying that they did mess up and would send my check but that they would not be in the office and it had a process to go through. I stated that I wanted the check the next

We recently moved into our new house by Hallmark Homes. We are extremely happy with the high quality of the construction and the attention to detail. This is the first new home we have ever bought and it was a great experience working with the Hallmark team on our house.
