Do not go with the realtor named Clarence Heathcote. He did absolute bare minimum. Couldn’t even make appointments and closing. Easy money. I did most of his leg work. The seller’s agent was more helpful than him. Buyer Beware, don’t be like me, just go with your first instinct when you get an iffy feeling about a person.
