The Warrington Place

Anyone thinking of renting here should know that the owner, Daniel Sablosky, was leaving five star reviews on some of his properties that he owns, pretending to be a prospective tenant. I just moved out of one of his properties and it has been a nightmare. We've had kitchen and bedroom windows leaking since March 5. We notified Mr. Sablosky of the leaks and he strung us along for a little while, then started ignoring us completely. Since then, a third window has started leaking water into our apartment. It's not the middle of August and Mr. Sablosky / Stonehenge Advisors hasn't had anyone come to even inspect the leaking windows, let alone repair them. Our lease is also missing information Mr. Sablosky / Stonehenge Advisors is legally required to provide, such as the name and address of

Trash piles up in the two dumpsters..They are overflowing and smell. This is the third time there has been no trash pick up

Everybody just loves this property!! Life is better when you spend time at The Warrington Place 😊 Highly recommend!! Superior management day in and day out. Kudos - a 5 star plus rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
