Continental Property Management

We live in Longford crossing and a poor Fox passed away behind our house. The picture I am sharing is 3 days after he passed, he is decomposing. I called Continental property management the first morning of his passing. So here we are 3 days later and the fox is still here spreading whatever disease it died from.

Unprofessional, never responds to emails or calls. Never provides clear answers or explanations. Blatant outrightly tells you do this without proof of what’s wrong, even contractors are saying it’s harassment to homeowners for asking to do unnecessary work and countless resources and money. Asks to wash siding then says oh not sufficient paint it, then says oh paint isn’t proper do more coats and then slams a letter saying replace the entire siding. After spending time, money and resources and getting it washed first then painted you want us to replace it? Really? Getting all this done isn’t cheap. Do better.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had to deal with. When you need something done, they screen their calls. Their attitudes are horrible and they do the minimum.

Continental Property Management has been working with our home association for many years. We have been very satisfied with everything they have done and still do for us.
