The apartment complex changes management every few months. Trash cans are always running over. They don’t do anything about noise complaints. Kids are outside all day cussing and smoking. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything coming from your neighbors apartment. Conservice messes up tenants water/sewer bills. Nothing the complex can do about it but yet they’re the ones issuing out the bills as in the sewage is included in rent. They close down the office when they feel like it. And they never answer the phones!

Horrible Management & Lack of Communication – Do Not Rent Here! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management here is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They misplaced our money orders for rent and never even notified us about the issue. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude when we tried to resolve it. On top of that, our heat went out during cold weather, and it took them nearly a month to fix our AC unit—leaving us freezing in our own home. The lack of urgency and care for their residents is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live!

Lived here for about a year. At that time, the rent was 733 per month which was great because it was a decent size apartment. My cons include living on the 3rd floor and the rental office staff always being rude and unprofessional. They barely were in the rental office at times when they were supposed to be open which made it difficult to turn in rent or make request. Not to mention, they don’t have a rent drop box which was an inconvenience especially when they decided to come and go as they pleased. Also, my neighbors were a headache at times. During the warm months, they were always standing outside on the steps or blasting music. The hood of my car was keyed while parked in front of my building. It started out great, then ALL down hill! The staff was rude and unprofessional (not all staff but most). I was always getting letters saying I owed rent and absolutely did NOT! I even had a summons put on my door for past due rent that I never owed. When I moved out they kept my deposit saying things were damaged that I proved weren't via the video I took after cleaning out the apartment. I was told there was nothing they could do, but give me a number to call whom I assumed was the corporate office and the person who deals with the rent/ court issues. I left at least 8 messages and no one EVER returned my calls. When checking my rental history after moving and finding a house, the rental company informed me that I had a something showing a court hearing for past due rent. Which currently

I wouldn’t recommend it. Unfortunately I live here during the pandemic, they have been horrible with communication. They raised my rent without notifying me. I watched my account balance go from $611 to $1005 in the matter of two days and this was after I paid my rent. The people in the office are unprofessional and have very bad attitudes. They half way fix things, my sliding door where the washer and dryer goes has been broken since i moved in. They came in and “inspected” the smoke detector, now the darn thing won’t stop beeping. They were supposed to come back and replace it but it’s been almost a month and nothing. I just would not. 🙄
