Vista Verde at Sunrise

I recently moved into Vista Verde in Sunrise, Florida, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! First of all,the amenities at Vista Verde are impressive. The well-maintained pool area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, and the fitness center has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Also a pet friendly community and my pups made friends with other dogs in the apartment within the first week! I was also impressed by the convenience of the key less entry,the parking decal and security on the property at night for additional safety. The apartment is spacious with modern finishes. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, which makes cooking appealing.The storage space in the bathroom is every woman’s dream. I moved from Maryland and only saw the apartment

If you want to get your car towed this is the perfect place to move to! had a guest come over and the towing company was called 5 mins after we parked before i could arrive upstairs to register the visitor parking on their car. I attempted to reach out to the leasing office to see if there’s something they could do or if they have a system where they allow you ample time to (at least) make it out your car and inside your apartment before a tow truck was called. I arrived home at 12:35 am and when i spoke to the towing company they told me that they were contacted at 12:39am. leasing agent said theres nothing they could do once the company was called (you’d think they’d allow more time before calling if situation was so dire), then suggested “maybe i should’ve registered my guest before 10p

We rented a one bedroom and a garage for my son. He is doing a flight school in Fort Lauderdale. This year we signed a second lease for another year, but we asked for early cancellation after 6 months because he has to move with the school in Lakeland. We accepted to pay the penalty, but when I called and asked for it they said that it can’t be canceled but they can put the apartment on the waiting list for new tenants.
