VIS acquired Morris Management, and just when you think it couldn’t get any worse…. It did! They will post a response to this review that deflects from, and makes excuses for their complete lack of follow through, their dereliction of duty, and failure to uphold their contractual agreements. If you complain and give specific examples, they will make accusations that you are hurling “personal attacks”. Anne Davidson in particular, has proven to be grossly unprofessional and negligent. I have sent several emails to the “CEO” of VIS and have not received a single response. Do not waste your communities valuable resources by hiring VIS! They will continue to collect their fee, remain unresponsive, fail to uphold their contractual agreements, and have zero accountability.
