Karlo Lacey Apartments

Last Thursday was a delightful experience learning all about the Karlo Apartments.Eleanor is an excellent leasing agent. Her genuine and caring attitude, excellent listening skills, and proactive approach to disclose all the details for the different floor plan options was exceptional. The additional information regarding the amenities as well as the outside amenities is impressive. I was very surprised to learn of the on site trash compactor, on site vehicle chargers, and pickleball court, to name a few. The coffee bistro and conference room amenities are also a nice touch. From the very first moment I toured the apartments, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home—and a huge part of that was because of Eleanor. She guided me through the entire process with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that the experience felt exciting instead of overwhelming. I have lived here for almost a year and I must say this is one of the most peaceful and safe apartments I have ever lived in. And I thank the leasing office for being so patient with me through whatever issues I had. Kevieonna is such a sweetheart and she really get the job done..when she offered to tour the 2 bedroom I was looking at..at the time she gave off a very warm welcome and made it feel like home instantly.. if there was any issues at all she would work with you in every way she can to help

Review after move out: This property is beautiful and the unit was nice. The office staff is AMAZING! Always responsive and so friendly going into the office. The amenities are great. The only complaint about amenities is my husband wishes there was more gym equipment. Gated community brings in an extra sense of security. As for the cons it would be the neighbor kids running around with pets and letting them pee anywhere, including right outside our entry door and the weed smell. It started getting worse towards the end of our lease but many emails were sent out addressing the issue. If I lived in the area again, I would definitely consider moving back. Working in property management is never easy but the women in there make sure to address community issues while remaining professional. Th

Wow!! What an awesome experience from walking in for info, to the tour and then deciding on this as our new home. Eleanor was so helpful and informative. She made us feel so welcomed and made this process simple. She even gave us a list of food places to try out! Now if only we can convince her to move our furniture in 😅jk!! But definitely recommend speaking with her to get info if you're looking for your new home!!
