The Hub

This place is great! I lived in apartments before and I’ve always had a problem with the maintenance team. That is definitely not an issue here. David and Fred really go above and beyond. I had an issue In my unit. They were super respectful and communicated with me very quickly. The issue was resolved quicker than any place I’ve ever lived before. Staff has always been very helpful answering questions as well. My apartment is great ! Management is great Alex helped so much and made the process seamless. Blanca was absolutely amazing as well answered all my questions and helped so much . I really enjoy living here. A great place , A great team overall excellent experience.

I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at The Hub. It is conveniently located near restaurants, multiple coffee shops and convenience stores. The gym is small but is excellent quality for an apartment. There is a library area which was great to work at (there is a couch and TV in this area as well). There are multiple large TVs throughout the common areas which are great to watch sports games, etc. There is a hot dog stand attached to the building (some of the best hot dogs I've ever had) - they have a good bar, trivia nights, and live music on Friday nights during the summer. The courtyard area is great to host friends, grill out, or relax outside. The maintenance team is great and quick to take care of any issues. The staff are responsive to any concerns. I just moved out after living here for 1 year and I have to say I’ll miss this ole place. It’s been long time since I rented a regular commercial apartment, and this was a really good experience for me. At first I wanted to cancel my lease because I thought the studio apartment was going to be too small, but things turned out that I really liked it. The benefits of small space is there is less to clean and everything is right there in one room! Yes, per square foot it is a little more expensive than other places, but for me it was worth it. I lived in the middle on the 4th floor. I must of been lucky because I never had an issue with noise. We had some dogs down the hall, but I never heard them. Beautiful place to live in a central location. Apartments are very nice and the staff are even better! Desirae is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is what makes The Hub the best living experience. They're very affordable and responsive. They have a huge interactive community with many events thrown throughout the year for those looking for social engagement. Overall a great place to live and would recommend to everyone!

As a member of the military I have lived in many different places over the years and this place is great. For starters, I like the location. I can walk to everywhere I need to go. Fred Meyer, Target, Pints and Quarts, O'blarneys, and plenty of good restaurants. I realize Im comfortable walking more than most, but all of these are within a mile. The apartments are cozy enough especially since I have my own a/c unit. It keeps me cool even on the hottest days. The amenities are great, dishwasher, laundry, and the workout room. I wish there was a pool, but its not a deal breaker. I can hear my neighbors from time to time, but it doesnt really bother me. The pet fees are great, and my cat loves it here. The staff is really friendly, and always ready to answer questions or offer advice. All
