Olympus Court Apartments

This is going to be our second year at this complex and it just gets better and better!!! Autumn is our best friend and makes sure we are taken care of beyond our expectations. We rented the flat our first year but our family of 3 grew as we welcomed twins towards the end of our lease. Autumn worked with us to get us a townhouse in a timely manner and got it in the best shape for us SUPER quick!! Even after initial move in she checked in on us and stayed in communication for anything we could have possibly needed. The environment is the best we’ve ever lived at, and having a property manager like Autumn will absolutely make you fall in love with this place before you even look at the apartments!

I've been living in the apartments for 3 years. I love the location as well as the property manager and maintenance. They've been doing things around the lot to improve. They responded quickly to work orders. Love it and everyone around

Move in Dec 2024 I waited a bit to write a review cuz I wanted to make sure that Autumn was just the same All Star manager as she was when I moved in. She is! Always reachable, responsive and Ill add courteous,accommodating, timely, good natured,approachable, and on-site. She is an attribute to the property. The apartment is spacious, and very affordable. Covered parking is FREE! Beautiful campus and well taken care of. If you are reading reviews to check out apartments give Autumn at Olympus Court a visit! You won't be dissapointed.

These apartments were really nice to live in. Jennifer was very easy to work with and was always available via text. The basketball courts are super fun for the kids and it’s a good community. The one negative worth noting is they do charge everyone a cleaning fee like the other reviews have mentioned. As someone that owns rentals myself, I find that in very poor taste. I expect a certain amount of cleaning that I will have to do after every tenant leaves. As long as the place is left clean, I cannot imagine charging them for that. As a landlord you only charge when something is excessive. In four decades of life I have never been charged a cleaning fee for any place that I have rented until now. We loved our time here at Olympus Court. Neighbors were friendly and management is amazing. The office manager Jennifer goes above and beyond to help you in anyway she possibly can. I have never had such a kind and thoughtful office manger in my many moves. The neighborhood is clean and very family oriented. The apartments are updated and new. We only moved out due to our growing family, if they had a three bedroom option we would of definitely continued to rent at Olympus Court.
