Nicole told us our application to her rental house was approved. The next day my husband spoke with her on the phone and explained that we needed a day or two to gather our funds for move in costs. She then asked “Are you really that broke?” And denied us. Nicole showed extreme lack of professionalism and integrity in her business. I would advise anyone against choosing her to represent them as a landlord and as a real estate agent.
