Bridgewater Park of Clarkston

I just signed my lease a few days ago . Leading up to making it official , I had a lot of questions and a couple of difficulties on my end . The staff , especially Jessica and Michelle, were extremely helpful and patient through my journey. I feel like they went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as they could for me. Also it was really nice I got a welcome bucket with cleaning supplies that was really thoughtful. This is my 4th apartment and no other complex has ever done that. I'm looking forward to getting settled in my new home and feeling part of the community. Thank you Bridgewater staff for being so welcoming :)

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but if I could give this place zero stars, I would. My first red flag should have been that it took three days just to get someone to answer the phone. I ignored that because the reviews were fairly decent, and I genuinely loved the apartment layout. Once I finally got in contact with someone, I asked about their qualification requirements and whether they accepted offer letters, since I was just starting a new job. I was told that offer letters were accepted and that I would receive an approval or denial within 1–3 days after applying. After applying, three days passed with no response. I began calling the office repeatedly for an update, but received no answer. A week later, I finally reached someone and was told I needed to wait until I received my fi

Everyone in the office has been so nice and helpful during the application and move in process! Jessica answered all my questions and made everything so easy and stress free. Moving isn't always the easiest but she was great throughout the whole process. I know I made the right choice to call this place home!

Lived here for 16 years! Great hospitality and management. Nothing but great things about this place! The managers Angela, Michelle, and Jessica have been nothing but cooperative and kind! Maintenance has always been kept up with and fixed ASAP! Especially our guys Jake & John do an amazing job. Definitely recommened living here!

Very clean and comfortable units plenty of parking. The staff Jessica and Angela was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with especially Angela very very curtious and warm natured and willing to accommodate anyway she could!!
