Beautiful buildings, Amazing staff & Wonderful Neighbors.

My wife and I are very pleased with our home. The staff is great and ready to help and answer questions. Any maintenance item is addressed very quickly!! Our neighbors are pleasant and kind. The maintenance team are knowledgeable and also happy to address concerns.

I had no initial problem with moving to this complex site unseen. Even though as a new build it was riddled with small, correctable bumps and scratches, dents and chips, I had no qualms. I had no problem with paying multiple months upfront due to a 730 credit score being "too low" for the community. No problem with the faulty wiring causing our fire alarms to go off many times in the middle of the night, no problem with the wrong lightbulbs being installed to make the dimmer switches obsolete. No issue when snow removal included destroying the entire lawn area and creating a swamp situation. No problem with the unit not being inspected or cleaned when I moved in the day I said I was going to move in. It's been 1 year since we moved in, the community was still under construction and we have witness how beautifully it has turned out. We have nothing negative to say, from the staff to our great neighbors its all been amazing. Here's to our 2nd year and we are looking forward to many many more.
