Claude and his team installed our new roof in 2022, just after we purchased our home. They did a great job in a timely fashion, and the roof is beautiful. What a great help Claude was to us when we conferred with him about how to bring more light into the home-- his team installed both skylights and sun tunnels, which we LOVE! Claude also recommended that we update our front door with a glass panel, which we later did. He was so right. The front entry is much brighter. Another bonus was our conversation with Claude about installing new wooden flooring. He had a referral for a person to remove the ceramic tile (who did a great job) and also helped our selection of a fine Michigan hardwood flooring company. Grandville was the perfect choice to build our forever home. We weathered a 'pandemic build' together, and Claude's ability to be flexible with timing, conscientious with cost, and to treat each build as a passion project made all the difference for me. At a time when stories of home builds were coming in so over budget that homeowners had to abandon the project, we worked together to keep the project on budget and make sure any extra monies spent were well worth it.
