Greens Lake Apartments

I’m going to list the pros and cons over this place further down, but we lived here for 2 years, and this was also for me personally, my first apartment out of my parents. And honestly, having moved out, I feel we got SO LUCKY finding Greens Lake a couple years ago, unfortunately we had to move for work. We started out in a 1bed1bath, and then the next year moved a couple buildings over to a 2bed1bath. When moving to the second unit, Gary showed us three different options that were available NOW for us. And switching units within the complex was an incredibly smooth and easy process. In my very honest opinion, these apartments are updated, spacious and decent priced for what they are. GARY!!! Gary is the property manager, and was truly a pleasure to work through the duration of us living

I had a really great experience here. Maintenance and Management is on top of things. I stayed for about 2 years and over that time they put in tremendous work and effort to make this place a great home. I would recommend this to anyone.

I am currently a resident here, Ive lived here for about 4 years maybe more. like everything in life there are flaws here. I am also not always the best tenant I come with my own set of drama. Regardless Green apartments is pretty quiet. No obnoxious residents, the walls are thin so at times you may hear your neighbors a little bit. The best part about green lakes apartment is the the staff. The maintenance workers and the cleaning people are all very kind and respectful. Gary is the landlord he is actually a nice man. He has his rules and guidelines that he must follow but he never takes advantage of his power. He’s extremely understanding and laid back. He has a stint mind set on solving any residents complaints or issues. Gary is really good at his job and he’s great landlord.

I was a resident at GLA for two years and loved my entire stay. the units were spacious with great natural light. I never dealt with leaks, appliance issues or loud neighborhors - unless I was sitting alone in silence I never heard people from other units or the hallway. hot water always available altho water quality was not the best, it was nothing a water filter on the tap wouldn't fix. heat/AC worked great. had a beautiful view of the lake from third floor, my balcony was a decent size. the landlord Gary was kind, understanding and helpful as were the maintenance staff. grounds & common areas were kept clean & when our washer broke it was replaced in a timely manner. I felt safe in the complex. If I ever move from a house back to apartment this is the first place I'd go

Gary the manager there was actually really great. I have lived in a couple different places now and he really has been the best Landlord I have has thus far. He was just laid back and approachable which was a nice change of pace considering how rude Landlords can be. The property was always taken care of and appealing to the eye. I loved my apartment. It was VERY spacious with lots of storage space for a very affordable price. I had an apartment with lake view which I could never get enough of. I didn't have any problems with any of my neighbors. All in all I definitely recommend living here!!
