No amenities for kids, not much to do..... cant have your own movable basketball goal/hoop at your property. If you have toddlers there is a small play area (may be 100-200sft) but if you have kids over 10 then there is nothing to play in this little town home community, need to take yr basketball goal inside garage every day if you have one
