There was a water situation due to a frozen pipe which occurred late at night and Katie came to my apt, introduced herself and let me know what they were doing to remedy this situation. She was calm and made me feel that I had truly been heard. She let me know what I needed to do file a claim with my renters insurance. I was very concerned about staying in the apartment during renovations but she also took care of that and made sure my move to a new apt was smooth and stress free. I visited these apartments for my parents who are looking to move from the Houston area to be closer to us. These apartments would have been perfect, as they are right down the street from us. I called to ask questions and left a voicemail with no response. A few days later, decided to just go in and tour. The property is beautiful! The person who gave me a tour was nice and said that she would email me some information, which she never did. We had a few more questions, so I called a couple of days later and left a voicemail with shockingly, no response. Unfortunately with the apparent lack of communication, my parents don’t feel comfortable moving forward with leasing through this property. Such a bummer because they could have been so close!

Living at Tacara Weiss Ranch has not been a pleasant experience. My move-in process was poorly handled, as my apartment was not properly inspected for cleanliness after my lease was signed. I have experienced multiple issues related to the construction and quality of the apartment, primarily involving the patio door and windows, which were not installed correctly by the builder. These defects have contributed to additional problems throughout the unit. I have also been assigned three different garages during my tenancy. At one point, I was forced to abruptly vacate a garage I was using until the garage I originally rented before moving in became available.
