We love our house and I can not thank enough to all Scott Felder team. It has been a year in our home and we love it. I highly recommend Scott Felder to any new home buyers. Thank you Scott Felder! I’ve sold and moved to NC and I understand the quality of Scott Felder homes better after moving in to my new Pulte home. Definitely Scott Felder homes better! These are my two cents.

Scott Felder is building several houses near ours and any issue I've had with their construction sites or workers have been addressed politely and quickly. We have walked through their homes during construction and they really have a high standard in quality, great customer service and great accountability. Really wish we had chosen Scott Felder over the builder we went through.

We closed on our house couple of days back and I can say that's it's been a great experience. Mike from the Sales team has been amazing from the beginning. He kept us in the loop of what was going on during the construction phase each week. He answered all our questions patiently and as a first time buyer, there were loads of them. Plus, John(our builder) made sure that we were being delivered a quality home.

We had a great experience working with Mike. Mike was very helpful and detailed throughout the home buying process.

Scott fielder is an amazing place same as the black walk here and the hoa here is great
