From management to onsite staff, everyone is professional, organized, and genuinely cares about maintaining a high standard for their community. Communication is always clear, expectations are well set, and the team is proactive when it comes to scheduling and follow-through. They take pride in the property and in creating a positive experience for both residents and vendors alike. As a service provider, it’s refreshing to work with a community that values quality, accountability, and strong relationships. Awesome place to live! Close enought to get in the mix, but on the edge of town to have peace and quiet in your day. Cristal Martinez-Ontiveros, the Assistant Community manager, rocks! She is all business to get your paperwork and renting done right, but it is sprinkled with smiles, laughter, and personality. The whole office staff is pleasant, and professional. Best place I have ever rented from. I hope to be here for many years...

I’m so disappointed. I was hopeful when getting here because at first they communicated well and that’s something I needed with my anxiety. First day here, I open the fridge and it is full of dead or dying roaches. They didn’t even have the decency to clean this and now I’m wondering what their pest problem will be like. I didn’t see any reviews on roaches or that would have been a deal breaker. Sent an email and no response yet. My number of stars will change according to how this turns out.

The dog park is gross. Maybe leaving a review will get it fixed. Nothing else seems to work. And, if you see this and clean it this time, don't just move the feces from the green to the gravel... ... It’s hard to pick up after your dog when there is a minefield. Clean it, or do something about the tenants who don't pick up after their dogs. This place was pleasant. Then came RPM and their shady non-compliance fees that were applied to even the months BEFORE they took over the place or sent notifications about how they don't accept certain renters insurance. but guess what, they do! So...what's up with the fees for failure to comply to rules we didn't know about - that didn't even truly apply - because we were in compliance then, and now? Star ratings here on Google reviews seems to be inflated by fake and managed reviews from leasing company as Yelp seems to have genuine reviews from the residents. Leasing office team are very rude and doesn't understand the value of integrity and honesty in business dealings. I have terrible experience of dealing with unprofessional staff with no ethics particularly manager Lindsay. There are not many visitors to leasing office whenever I visited in the last few days not even one other visitor most times however the front office staff acts like they are busy dealing with 100s of visitors. One of the leasing office staff offered 8 weeks free rent with 1 year lease however on the day he meant to issue a lease he left the company and current staff are refusing to honor the deal agreed by a
