Enclave Falcon Pointe Apartments

From day one the property team was fantastic! Huge thank you to Savanah for taking care of us during our 14 months of living here. She is exceptional at her job and always accommodating! The property is alway being taken care of and maintenance is prompt and thorough. The location is awesome for commuting to work and very close to shopping/restaurants. Cheers Greystar for putting together an great place to live!

I moved in to the community a week ago and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s been a smooth move-in and I love my apartment. The price and location is great. I have a beautiful pool view. The front staff has the best customer service. Deysi sold me and my family from the beginning! Her and Savannah have been great and very welcoming. I recommend this calm, beautiful complex to anyone looking!

Some of the new staff is just straight up rude, you ask them for help on something and they act annoyed and you can tell by their face and tone. I have only seen them be nice to potential customers what about the ones that are already customers. Being able to use the amenities is such a problem for no reason. Trying to pick up packages is a hassle. They don’t even try to help you. The assistant manager is really nice the only person that cares about the residents.

I have been living at this complex for a little over 2 years now and I have no intention of leaving. The front desk has always been so kind and accommodating to me. Especially Ashley and Savannah. I love it here and you will too!

Savannah was such a great help! I really appreciate her care and dedication to making sure we were comfortable during the whole process!
