I’ve lived in since August and I LOVE it here! Today I put in a maintenance request and expected to have repairs done by next week, nope they were here and done in less than 90 min! The maintenance team are always polite, very skilled and know what they’re doing. The office staff are also very kind and super communicative. I’m so happy with my experience here and highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new home :)

I have been living in these apartments for two months, and so far my experience has been very positive. The maintenance team is always willing to help and quickly resolve any issues that come up. The community is quiet, which makes the environment very pleasant. I would like to especially highlight Itzel Gonzales, who assisted me during the leasing process. She was very kind, highly professional, and provided clear solutions with excellent communication. Thanks to her, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to live here, and my experience has been excellent so far.

Presidium was my first apartment when I moved to Pflugerville. Staff is great and the neighborhood is quiet! Maintenance request do not take long at all. Definitely recommend

Beautiful apartments.. Itzel was super friendly .. Downside, I wish they would have been more helpful trying to get me approved. They denied me for having 4 late payments in my current apartment but little did they know or care to ask but I was laid off from work during that time and have consistently made on time payments since. Mind you, these apartments are $1400 and I consistently pay $1800 now and they still denied me. No one offered me other options like most properties do such as getting a Cosigner, Guarantor, higher deposit. So, just know they don't offer helpful alternatives if you get denied which is inconvenient after spending $400+ just to apply.

Adriana and the community staff have been incredibly helpful throughout the repair process! Their responsiveness and organization truly stand out, making everything run smoothly. I highly recommend leasing here—it's clear they care about residents and ensure a positive living experience!😊
