Wanda is amazing and a true property manager. Her empathy is unparalleled. Terrance and Jacorian are the best maintenance guys you could ask for. All professional and I'm only leaving because of a new job or I'd continue to stay. Definitely recommend if your looking for a place.

I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean at all. It was clear that little to no effort had been made to prepare the unit for a new tenant. On top of that, there was a persistent roach problem that made living there uncomfortable and embarrassing. No one should have to deal with pests in a place they’re paying to call home. To make matters worse, my car was broken into while parked on the property. There were no security cameras in the area, which made it impossible to identify who did it. For a complex that houses so many residents, the lack of basic security measures is unacceptable. When I moved out, I did not receive my full deposit back, despite leaving the apartm

They are both helpful to the best of their ability, I have received great customer service and assistance from these ladies concerning my issues here. 5 stars to these ladies. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this property! The community feels like home. A huge shoutout to Wanda, the property manager she’s always professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. Martha in the office is equally amazing friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. And I can’t forget the maintenance team they’re prompt, skilled, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is in top shape. I genuinely appreciate the care and effort the entire team puts into making this a great place to live!

Service Animal/Emotional Support Animal owners be careful! Manager is so incredibly rude, she told me my ESA would have to be "approved by corporate" (literally illegal because you cannot breed restrict on service animals/emotional support animals) just because she is a pit bull mix. She claimed my dog was "protective" when 1.) My dog wasn't even there??? 2.) She was yelling at me/talking over me from her office, couldn't even stand to introduce herself to fully address the situation. The complex is beautiful and the lady who toured us was amazing and helpful, it's just the manager who seriously needs to get off her high horse and learn a thing or two on federal fair housing laws.
