Villas at Bair Island Apartment Homes

It's an amazing place to live. Highly recommended. After two years of living here, I can tell you the office is very professional, well-maintained, and a quiet place to enjoy the boat view.

I have lived in Redwood City for five years and the Villas at Bair Island were by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! I would have stayed longer if we hadn’t moved into a house. The staff is welcoming, and handles issues (which are slim to none) promptly. Rene and his team do a top-notch job of resolving any maintenance request with resident satisfaction as a top priority. Overall, a wonderful community to be a part of. Very peaceful place and just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.

Ive been living here for two years and I never want to leave. It feels like im living on a resort! The property is well taken care of, sooo pretty. The dog park is conveniently placed. The maintenance team is great especially Rene. I love that it’s in a gated community because it makes me feel super safe at night. The team here is great especially Joss!! I didn’t think I could feel more welcomed after being here for two years, than I already have. It’s also quiet here and very residential, which I love. And there are lots of dogs for my little Maltese to bark at. 1000%%% recommend.

I am a current resident and among the many pros of living at The Villas is definitely the maintenance team! The maintenance team here is outstanding — Renee and Jose make sure that every request is handled quickly, often within 24 hours. Their professionalism and attention to detail are consistently impressive. Communication is clear, proactive, and friendly, making every interaction easy and positive. They go above and beyond to ensure the community is well taken care of. Thank you for your dedication!

I came to visit my Brother and his wife here and I was so impressed. The apartment was clean and modern with lots of natural lighting. All the amenities were what really got me hooked. Hanging out by the pool/ hot tub was especially great, the pool is huge and there is lots of space to lay out. I didn’t want to leave it! I also spent some time at the gym, which had many options for different work outs. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind for when I start looking for my own place!!
