PCI Construction has basically rebuilt our sixty year old house. We first met Hamid a few years ago when he and his team took on some significant redesigning, remodeling, and updating of our interior and exterior. This past year was the complete redesign and rebuild of our 30+ year old kitchen. We absolutely love the results - the before and after photos can't fully capture the transformation! Hamid and his team are skilled, professional and patient. They did an outstanding job taking care of us, from planning to design to demolition to construction and all the many details in between. PCI renovated our apartment in Emeryville in July 2021. The team did a fantastic job turning a half-century old apartment into a new home with a clean, modern look. Hamid was easy to communicate with and delivered on all our expectations. He was very detail oriented and showed us many of his great ideas using a software-generated 3D model for no extra cost.
