Villas Apartments

My last review from 4 years ago said my Dad (Floyd Cornelius) lives here and they are nice people! I am updating today with my Dad lived here for years and passed a couple of weeks ago. These people have been absolutely over the top spectacular to my entire family as they were to Dad! Pat we can't thank you enough! Thank you for all you've done and for caring for you customers as well as their families! Keep up the good work!

Under new management of which the new lady that runs the place is very very rude. I as a contractor was made to run back and fourth from truck to the area which I was to complete the work I guess too much for her liking. I was accused of being some sort of "suspicious" person by doing such acts that were required to complete the work and my job as necessary. At this point I'm not allowed on the property and have lost my job and cannot even begin to explain what reason or grounds they have for doing so. Definately avoid

Ok! I have been upside down on this place, but I will replace everything I have been through with this place. If it weren't for VIKKI I'd probably say differently. This woman is amazing & a hidden gem to this place. If you want anything done!!! Talk to Vikki. Old management was just awful. Speak with Vikki, NOT Becky!!!

I live at the villas and the management is wonderful. I love all the people who work here. The bus comes if you don’t have a vehicle.

Roach, be d beg infested. Goo d thing its going to be torn down.
