Spruce Ridge Apartments

This place is great for those who just move to Columbus, Indiana and are looking for a safe place with great staff for maintaining the units and complex. The unit has $25 embedded in rent for trash valet which is great so you don’t have to deal with trash removal. When I first entered the building they gave me a basket 🧺 filled with essential and that was a great note of care. My assigned staff is Kayla and she has been amazing and very responsive and takes care of the stuff. There is an artificial lake behind my unit which is great for taking a quick 0.37 miles walk. The location has a nice gym, outdoor swimming pool, and a tennis court. It also has an office equipped with computers and a printer. My unit was smallest of 1 bed units at 700ft and that is frankly already quite spacious for

A true premium apartment !!!! Only best apartment to stay in columbus. I used to stay in columbus for 5 years and stayed in multiple apartments. This one is the best with lots of views and good neighborhood, nice gym, trash wallet, nice walking routes, swimming pool and nice people in office. I have to move to another state but I really miss the apartment. Only caveat is there is no elevator in the apartments which is a bummer, if you stay in 2 or 3rd floor. But the utensils and maintenance team are very good. Heat and ventilation are good and there is no issue during hot months with dry nose or anything like that. Apartments are 9 ft. Height which will give more space compared to other regular apartment.They do have garage facility for 100$ extra.

2mins to get the I-65 but supper quiet. Management is professional and satisfy resident's needs as much as possible. Maintenance usually within 24 hour of request. Strongly recommend to new arrivals at Columbus

Love it!!! Management is very helpful. Compound is always neat and tidy. Some reviewers mentioned their concern about trash...Good news!!! We just got 13gallon trash cans. All we have to do is place it outside an aparment and they will pick it up!! :)

The location is quietly away from the bustle of downtown Columbus, but less than a 10 minute drive away from the action. The community is quiet and the apartments spacious. They have a lovely pond that is well-kept and the maintenance team is very responsive! The leasing office staff is very friendly and we loved that Christa took the time to show us around the community!
